Yes, absolutely. We’ll arrange a short consultation call ahead of your session to understand your library’s requirements. This ensures we can tailor the training to your school’s specific needs and help you get the most out of the platform.
We’ll work with you to schedule a training date that fits into you team's availability. Training can be delivered one-to-one training or in small groups. For group sessions, we recommend a maximum of 4 participants to ensure a focused, interactive experience. Attendees should be those responsible for most of the library’s administrative tasks.
You can book training sessions throughout the year, so please do reach out to check availability for your school. May and June are particularly busy times for onsite stock checking days, so we recommend booking early to secure your preferred dates.
For online training, use Microsoft Teams. A meeting link will be shared with you in advance of the session.
Top tip: Ensure your microphone, speaker and camera settings are working before the session to make the most of your training experience.
