Non-fiction November: celebrating reading for information

Non-fiction November is an annual celebration of reading for information, helping students to expand their knowledge and understanding in diverse topics. As research from the National Literacy Trust suggests, more than half of children and young adults enjoy reading non-fiction and certainly some of the most popular titles on Reading Cloud include non-fiction.

Discovering knowledge this non-fiction November

Non-fiction November is an exciting chance to get students to explore the world of informative reading, helping to broaden their understanding and interest in diverse topics. Research from the National Literacy Trust shares fascinating insights into children and young adult’s reading preferences and surprisingly, over half enjoy reading non-fiction.
